-Burst for 5 yds to the cone.
- Rip with inside arm around the cone.
-Get back downhill as fast as possible and fight for the catch.
-If your partner catches it, you become the defender. Get it out.
- Secure the catch & talk 🚮.
🔰False Step Drill
Lead foot- Point toe downfield. Don’t have both feet on a rail. Use yard-line for reference. Chest down over knee. Pause & focus on goal. Pull back knee to chest & drive off hard on the big toe/ball of 🦶 on the lead foot. Pad ensures back 🦶 is 1st movement.

-Sudden jab w/ foot just outside your shoulder to move defender.
-Head and shoulders action.
-Outside release the hurdle
-Sell Go route to quick comeback.
-Get your 👀 to the prize to secure the catch.
