Yesterday before our max velocity workout(wickets) we focused on force application and the hip flexors. I like to take the arms out in order to focus on the lower limbs. This lead to a great wicket session.

I loved that Texas A&M had all of their athletes of that event at the award stand giving the kids the award. @aggietfxc It was good to see all of the former Texas high school athletes. The Bluebonnet meet was a great meet. We will be back.

One thing I like to do as part of my workout is add a foam rolling session either in the beginning or end of practice once a week. I always save the IT Band and Quads for last. The football guys was hurting. SOUND ON 😂 #injuryprevention

In March, Tory Blaylock, Landon Fontenot, Jordan Parker, and Jelani Watkins shattered the national record with a remarkable time of 38.92 seconds in the 4 x 100 relay at the Victor Lopez Classic held at Rice University. In result, they surpassed a record set in 1998! 🥇
