It’s all about the MISSION.
@WheatonFB
has and will continue to develop men “For Christ and His Kingdom.” I am humbled to now lead this program and am incredibly excited about our future!

My four day old, Evie, watched her first
@WheatonFB
game from the NICU tonight. I will never forget this week and God’s provision in providing a great outcome for my daughter ... and a Thunder victory.
Proud of the resilience our team displayed through the course of this year! It is a JOY to coach this team. Special thank you to all our seniors who played their last game - always remember - Wheaton Football is a BEGINNING not an ENDING! Live

We speak often about football being a microcosm of life. This picture not only captures the excitement of our win on Saturday, but also the GRIT of a team determined to respond well to adversity. It speaks a thousand words to the character developed in the men of
@WheatonFB
.
Yesterday we dismissed a very special senior class from their last team meeting.
In four years:
* 41-6 record
* 2 Outright CCIW Championships
* 4-1 in Bell Games
More importantly, we celebrate their growth into men who will impact the world For Christ and His Kingdom!
I hope Psalms 13 rings true in your life during this uncertainty. In the midst of David’s longing for the Lord’s presence his affirmation is powerful:
“But I trust in your unfailing love, my heart rejoices in your salvation. I will sing to the Lord for he has been good to me!”
Great time celebrating our 2022 season this past weekend. We said goodbye to twenty-seven seniors who graduate transformed by our program and ready to make a difference for the gospel.
Wheaton Football is about a beginning … not an ending.

Our commitment to excellence on and off the field isn’t just a bunch of words - it’s lived out in the lives of our players … academically, athletically, and in their pursuit of Jesus.
Love seeing an award like this for so many - it’s a great affirmation of our culture!
Colossians 3:17 - And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.
We are thankful for the opportunity to continue to live out the mission of Jesus and build on our culture of excellence in 2020.
Been a great camp, proud of our team and how they have attacked the last 2.5 weeks … even more so the past 630 days.
CANNOT WAIT for week 1!

Special thanks to Mrs. Coach Scott for understanding that Wheaton Football is also my family and for letting me go coach the game after we knew that Evie would be ok. You are the best.
Thankful for all the men and women who have served our country.
Grateful also for the seven current
@WheatonFB
players responding to the call to serve!
It’s about the MISSION … and the people drive the mission! Excited for all the ways these coaches have and will continue to invest in Wheaton Football.
Our faith in Jesus grounds us in an eternal perspective - that perspective brings order to chaos and gives meaning to disorder.
It allows us to stay focused on a greater VISION and let that vision shape our tasks!
Congratulations to a great group of men. Proud of all the ways you’ve contributed and grown both on and off the field.
Remember - Wheaton Football is a beginning, not an ending. Keep Jesus at the center of it all.
Being a Senior for
@WheatonFB
is a great privilege. Thank you to the class of 2023 for their commitment to loving Jesus and pursuing excellence in all they do.

Big week for the Thunder w/ multiple commitments - excited for these men to join the
@WheatonFB
family and live out the DISTINCTION of our program in every facet of their lives!
Why does Wheaton so profoundly affect the people that call it home?
Because of the conviction we have for our mission: For Christ and His Kingdom.
#WhyWheaton

so special and how our program changes lives!

Congrats to our men on an outstanding fall, and to Gio for the special recognition!
Team averaged a 3.3. There’s not one academic ineligibility heading into the spring. Talking about commitment to excellence is one thing, so much different to actually do it …
Congratulations to Wheaton's Fall 2022 Jack Swartz Award recipients for academic achievement! 👏
