Update:After a long night/morning at the hospital, all scans have come back negative. Swelling in the top vertebrae and lots of pain/soreness, but he will be okay. God is so good! Thank you all for all the thoughts and prayers. It was overwhelming. There is true power in prayer!

Started teaching in a new district after 10 years at the last one. Had to teach Health for the first time in 8 years and wasn't thrilled about it. So it was pretty cool finding notes like these on my desk. Good reminder that it ain't about me and these kids are pretty damn cool.
