The avg D3 season is 40 games. That’s 360 innings. ~120 hours of in game action. Now think of the bus rides, game day prep, practices, summer leagues, lifting sessions & indy/extra work throughout the entire year. If you only love the games, college ball is not for you.

Coaches: do you learn more when you’re micromanaged or when you have freedom to make decisions? Too many coaches micromanage the game. Steals, shifts, pitch calling, pick plays, etc. Give your guys the info that they need to execute & the freedom to make mistakes. #LEARN
