PSA to all players 🗣 Your diet will have a HUGE impact on your performance. Eating right & staying hydrated will make a world of difference. Don’t have the mentality “I’m working out daily & burning lots of calories so I can eat whatever I want”. You can’t outwork your diet!

Day 2 evaluation: Rebounding is SUCH an underrated stat. I can’t tell you how many times I heard a coach these past 2 days say “we need a rebounder, someone to just go get ball for us”. It’s not all about scoring. Rebounders get scholarships too! 🙃

I swear coaches always recognize other coaches even without their school logo on. Walking thru an airport and you can just tell when someone is a coach. Is it their sports fit? The way they walk? Maybe it’s their shoes. Idk but it always ends up with a “hey where do you coach?”
