The City has announced plans to take ownership of the former Craigs Automotive site on Woodstock Rd after agreeing to buy the property for $1.00. This allows us to begin remediation efforts & revitalize the property for future development opportunities.

Its been the Theme under Higgs.
Ive lived here through different outside Cultures integrating into our Province without any issues.
Why? they were actually brought into communities and helped build them up like the Dutch in 1990s.

More government intervention into what should be the free market. We all know how well the government handels tax payers money. Nothing to worry about here.

Very sensible solution in getting this resolved finally. City should be able to recoup much of the remediation costs on eventual sale of the property.

Devaluation of property values again. It's sure interesting how the City is outside the taxation rules imposed on the rest of us. This is a half a million dollars building site.
