The City has committed to supporting the preservation of the Wolastoqey language, culture and history by offering access to two city-owned facilities at Killarney Lake Park for the establishment of Kehkimin, a Wolastoqey Land-Based Immersion School.
@CityFredGov
When the City of Fredericton gives permission to developers to break ground in the areas shaded in red, areas of high archaeological potential (as defined by the Province), you are allowing Wolastoqey culture & history to be destroyed. A responsible govt would not do this.
