With Pride celebrations over for the year, City crews are now working alongside St. Mary's First Nation members today to install two crosswalks in recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. One is on Queen St outside City Hall, the other is on Maliseet Dr.

The crosswalk on Maliseet drive features 13 feathers representing the 13 lunar cycles and will serve as a direct path for school kids to travel on. The installation outside City Hall has 6 white feathers, one for each Wolastoqey community in New Brunswick.
