In an effort to deal with on-street homelessness, City Council has voted to suspend applicable municipal bylaws related to Bishops Court at 791 Brunswick Street to allow for the operation of an overnight shelter for a maximum of 20 occupants from 8pm-7:30am until Dec 13. (1/2)
