So I was just offered a 2022 3rd for Antonio Gibson in one of my dynasty leagues. Literally had to check to see if he was placed on I.R. until 2025 or if he had a leg amputated before rejecting....lol.

Last week it was Waddle = the top rookie WR & Tee Higgins was the best WR in Cincinnati. This week Ja'Marr shoots lighting bolts from his eyes & is the 1.01 in dynasty, redraft & even fantasy baseball leagues. Recency bias is undefeated when it comes to twitter & fantasy football

Those who follow me know my mom's health has been deteriorating the past 18 months & it's been challenging for me to watch it firsthand. Tonight she passed & while I'm saddened, I'm also relieved that her daily struggles are over. Such an amazing woman & mother. Love you mom.

Pet peeve of mine. "Experts" in a start up who draft an older squad looking 2 win out of the gate while being critical of drafters focusing on youth. Then bail after 3 years cuz their squad gets ancient & their ego can't digest losing or they don't have the skills to rebuild.

Had a check up today. So 2 & 1/2 years ago I found out I was a diabetic & my health was spiraling out of control. Since then I've dropped 60 lbs. cut my A1C in half (10 to 5) dropped my triglycerides from 500 to 70 & cholesterol from 230 to 120.

welp..I did it. Notified the commissioners of my 7 remaining dynasty leagues that I won't be back in '22. The only league I want to be part of is #SFB12 . After 30+ years w/multiple leagues (some years w/close to 40 leagues)...feels like a breath of fresh air to pull the rip cord.

Men crying is a topic today? I grew up in a family where men crying wasn't ok. It took years 4 me to mentally equate crying w/strength. There's power in embracing emotions & preserving. I cried often while balancing work stress & watching mom deteriorate. I'm 100% stronger for it

Said this the other day, but it bears repeating imo. Too often owners try to find comfort/assurance in winning a deal by tweaking a trade a bit more in their favor. That added bump that makes you 100% certain is likely the same push that causes the other owner to lose interest.

Was offered the 1.11 for one of my Julio shares yesterday. I'd much rather ride off into the sunset with that dirty bird than sell for a late first. Only way I'd even look twice at that would be on a complete rebuild....and even then I'd exhaust any and all other options first.

Inquired about DJax on a rebuilding squad in one league (1QB/PPR/contract dyno). He opened with Mixon/N'Keal saying "both are injured & won't help you." Guess I'm going in a different direction....lol.
