Let me be blunt. The only thing shocking about what’s going on in Victoria is that some people still seem shocked by it. As if there’s been little be get alarmed over during the past five months. Vaxx mandates, informing on neighbours, suspension of civil liberties. Wake up.

It was almost a year ago when I said to my husband it may take a civil war to get us out of what is coming. Even then I had no idea how bad it could get. If you're not living in it as an independent thinker, not just prepared to comply to get by, it's terrifying.

Even more shocking is the number of people who apparently aren't shocked. No way of telling what people think because opinion polls can be used/skewed, but a fair number of people here still think Dan's the Man.

In the long run he will be proven correct. Vaccinations in the high 90s will be necessary to keep a nation open or just accept collapse of their health system. Nations such as Denmark that opened in the 70s are now thinking seriously about bringing back lockdowns and mandates.
