@CentreforCities @AntBreach I just don't understand why the city of Bristol refuses to plan homes adjacent to its plentiful tram and tube stations.

@CentreforCities @AntBreach Article starts well and reaches good position (below) but then bends it to support the 'remove discretion' campaign. The densification round stations can be achieved already, and in London it IS, without Ant's "reforms".
