The sources of air pollution vary city-by-city
Road transport is just one of them ⛽️
In UK cities, around 5⃣0⃣% of PM2.5 emissions are actually caused by domestic combustion including wood and coal burning stoves 🏠

Oxford housing affordability ratio 17.2 (Av house price £501k, annual wage £29k). Housing stock up only 0.3% 2017-18. Cf Cambridge - for the third year the city with the highest growth in housing stock & 16% more homes than 2008.

Actually London is doing more than other cities and can teach us all. Tubes, busses, and Taxis are all fairly efficient.
The congestion zone and low carbon zones are good.
They need to double up but we need to catch up.
