Catholic Charities announced our new Mobile Shower Trailer, Faith, to travel around San Antonio and surrounding areas. The Shower Trailer is equipped with shower and laundry stalls to provide individuals and families with the dignity of refreshing their body and their spirit.

U.S. Representative Will Hurd stopped by Guadalupe Community Center to learn about our basic needs through self-sufficiency programs and services! He gave the After School Program kids an inspiring talk about the value of education and even played basketball with them!
Guadalupe Community Center hosted friendly rivals, Central Catholic and Holy Cross, as brothers from across our great city served together. They started the day preparing their bodies and spirit with stretches and prayers before beautifying our campus and refreshing our garden.
Volunteers are stocking Hope for our next mission reuniting families.

World Refugee Day Art Event celebrated the beauty of diversity in culture, food, song, dance, art, and more. Guests were treated to the many ways various nationalities enhance our daily living with rich cultural experiences.

Our military community is doing more than serving our country. They are also serving our community with us by making and delivering face masks for our children and neighbors at Guadalupe Community Center! They dropped off handmade face masks to keep them safe and healthy!!

Little Pumpkin's Palooza is a FREE, fun, safe fall festival and we are in search of new or gently used costumes for the children to enjoy the evening!
Costume drop off is thru October 20th at Catholic Charities, 202 W French Pl.
Volunteers are folding clothes in our Clothes Closet today. Clients walk through our doors daily asking for clothes to work in and for their children to play in. We even take our Mobile Relief Unit Clothes Closet to the street to distribute clothing packs to the homeless.
Our hearts are full! The love keeps coming from those of you here and across the nation! Packages continue to fill our lobby and we are moving quickly to get your help to families being reunited. More information is to come so stay tuned!!
