Issues like this are why we try to support devices for longer - Google has stopped providing updates for the Pixel 3, 3a, and just ended support for the Pixel 4 as well - however CalyxOS is still supporting them, and thus we were able to include the fix for this easily. (2/2)

At least our updates are cryptographically signed so you can't get a rogue update from a 3rd party. And the updates are good since we are pushing the monthly Google security patches.

@namsardar We know it seems counter-intuitive but Pixels are arguably the most secure and most hacker-friendly phones around because they let us unlock & relock them and replace the OEM's signing key with our own. Obviously, Android is also made by Google. Also:
