Am I missing something or is sections 2 and 3 window dressing as it is only examples of what could be done, and does not actually limit in any way what is able to be done under section 1?

Is it saying NO court anywhere can rule on issues arising from the Bill? So, in practice no Judicial Review? It is the Government that will decide.

They were right. They said Brexit would be clean and easy. We can now go forth with pride and spread our values - democracy, free trade, the rule of law - to like-minded countries from a position of strength.

If it's not to be interpreted in accordance with case law of the European Court does that mean it also has to discount any UK case law that has been influenced by/ had reference to the European Court's rulings?
