@WhereMyCup I definitely think that’s something that should be addressed and is very likely another trick being utilized to keep economically disadvantaged people off juries. It’s likely these people would also be more empathetic jurors that make fair decisions.

I kinda feel like explaining this but I also kinda don’t. But Meghann’s thread is the best one for solid legal analysis. But Kelsey’s position is - in spite of Tory’s legal team trying to make her the shooter- she didn’t do it. AND she testified that he did offer her 1 million.
