We wanted to thank all fans who tweeted their support for the points made in our open letter to Vincent Tan and made comments about
@CardiffCityFC
's heavy-handed response. We want dialogue about issues of real concern to supporters - is that too much to ask?
Trust chair Keith Morgan has had discussions with the club today. He has been told the first installment of around €6m was paid this morning with a view to try and get the transfer embargoed lifted. The club is currently in discussion with the EFL and FIFA. 1/2
What a fantastic effort. A total of £4,750 raised from donations by very generous Bluebirds fans for absolutely vital humanitarian work in Ukraine. Trust members (pictured) helped with the collection at the

Stadium. Thanks to everyone involved.
Wouldn’t it be great if a few thousand of those turning up specifically for the Man City game came back to the

@CardiffCityFC
We are very sorry to have to report the death of Bryn Keenor, last surviving child of Fred Keenor, captain of Cardiff City's FA Cup winning team. Condolences to his family and friends.
Trust Chair Keith Morgan provides an exclusive update to members on where we are with Cardiff City’s Legal Battle With Nantes relating to the tragic death of Emiliano Sala.
No specific players named but generally positive about transfers in after our chair spoke yesterday to senior sources at the club. Patience needed but we should get there.
We’ll be putting out a short statement this am to all our members after our chair Keith Morgan spoke to senior sources at club about issues raised by fans over transfers policy etc. It will go out on social media generally after.
EXCLUSIVE NEWS: Cardiff City taking legal action against Willie McKay in the latest move in the court between the club and FC Nantes. See Trust chair Keith Morgan's statement.
With all the gloom and doom among Cardiff City fans, we thought we'd hark back to the days of Ninian Park. One of our members has sent us an image of the model he owns of our famous old ground. He's planning to bring the model along to our AGM on Thursday for all to reminisce.
FC Nantes Indicted Over Use of Unauthorised Agents. Trust chair Keith Morgan writes to members with an update about another significant legal case involving the French club.
Very sad to report the passing of Brian Mertens, known for running the Trust office at the ground. Our thoughts are with Brian's family and friends at this difficult time.
Awful news. I’m sure all Cardiff City fans’ thoughts will be with Sol and his family at this very difficult time and we sincerely hope the treatment goes well.
We are saddened to inform supporters that Sol Bamba has been diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
With the close support of the Club's medical team, Sol has immediately started a course of chemotherapy treatment.

We are all with you, Sol. 💙

The Trust has written directly to Cardiff City owner Vincent Tan raising concerns about a lack of dialogue/communication at director level at the club.
A great evening paying tribute to the great Peter Whittingham. Money raised for his foundation and on top an excellent performance by the Bluebirds in beating Aston Villa 3-1. And 10,000 were there to honour Peter’s memory.
The response of clubs to The Emiliano Sala tragedy shows that while we are rivals on the field everyone comes together at hugely difficult times for clubs and that shows football in its best light
Keith Morgan has been re-elected as chair of our Trust. We have a new vice-chair in Mike Spear. Good luck/Pob lwc to Mike in his new role. He replaces David Craig who stepped down from the board after many years of service.
The Trust is pleased that the Willie McKay legal action has been settled. This should definitely aid the club's case against Nantes over the Emiliano Sala transfer.
The final figures from our foodbank collection are in: £518.01 in cash and cheque raised, 1,006 items collected or 409.1kg of food. What a brilliant effort by fans for

@CardiffCityFC
stadium was unveiled. Thanks to everyone that helped make this happen. We’re proud to have played our part
#Bluebirds
Devastating news. For many fans young and old he gave us some of our best Bluebird memories. Legend is a term often used too often - not for Whitts. A truly wonderful player who has gone far far too early. Condolences to Whitts’ family.
Delighted that more than £1,700 was raised through a bucket collection at the Cardiff City Stadium to help homeless people in the capital. Thanks to all that contributed - it's much appreciated by The Wallich and The Trust.
Warmest congratulations
@Wrexham_AFC
on your promotion to the EFL. A fantastic achievement and it means there are now four teams from Wales in the league for the first time since the 80s.Brilliant.
7 years ago yesterday the Fred Keenor statue was unveiled. Stands proud outside Cardiff City Stadium, still looking great and is a popular meeting point for fans. Thanks to everyone that made the statue possible. We’re proud to have played our part.
@CardiffCityFC
Welcome to Cardiff, Erol. All Bluebirds are hoping you can take the club forward and up the table after desperately poor seasons. We’re counting on you.
Always such a privilege to watch Whitts in action. What a left foot, what a player. Thoughts with Whitts’ family on this anniversary of his untimely passing.
He oozed coolness but sought no special attention. He would wear an embarrassed smile having created something remarkable. He was a gentleman footballer and an inspiration.
Raise a glass to Whitts today and remember him as the magician that he was.
City legend Jason Perry questioned the possible reappointment of Steve Morison as manager. What has he done in the last 8 months to be reappointed, he asks? He points to how well some other clubs such as Ipswich are managed and compares to what’s happening at Cardiff City.
A total of 665 items were donated for
@CardiffFoodbank
by fans before today's game We also had cash donations from supporters (to be counted) and the Trust will also be making a £100 contribution to the foodbank. We thank fans and everyone
@CardiffCityFC

A few hours to go before the big game. Excitement, nervousness already but we’re right behind
@FAWales
@Cymru
. We’ve got confidence in the boys to deliver for the nation and our passionate fans. Come on Cymru. You can do it.
Jason Perry says new manager will need to build the team but also bring fans together. He highlights the disconnect between fans and the club.
@robphillipshere
praises the dedicated support of fans and highlights the away support despite the awful season.
Pleased to see
@GlenWilliams12
covering the Trust's response to club diatribe. Stresses need for proper dialogue in line with UK Gov policy on fan representation. It's the future, hope the club can embrace it. Thanks again to fans for many positive comments. We just want to talk!
Trust chair Keith Morgan due to be interviewed on

Jason Perry said while he greatly admired Sol Bamba as a player and how he dealt with issues in his life but appointing him as manager would be ridiculous. As a coach “we are currently paying him to learn the trade”.
Excellent all round performance by
@CardiffCityFC
at Liverpool. Well done players and manager. Decisions didn’t go with them but now to focus on crunch game against Peterborough on Wednesday.
#BLUEBIRDS
We’re all disappointed at the result today but the team did us proud. We got through to the knockout stage for second consecutive Euros. To put Wales’ achievements in perspective Scotland have never made it out of group stages at major tournaments. Congratulations to Denmark.
Thanks so much to all training ground staff
@CardiffCityFC
for their donations of food to the
@Rhonddafoodbank
. Great to see Bluebirds mascot Bartley come along for the handovers.
@CardiffCityFC
chairman Mehmet Dalman has told our chair Keith Morgan that the claim he has met Neil Warnock to discuss the manager's job is nonsense and that he has not met Neil Warnock nor been to the Vale for years.
After 12 years of appointments,and scans i have been discharged so no more hospital visits for me 👍. Great news on unlucky fri 13th 🤔. Hopefully Its bye bye to cancer 👍👍🥳🥳
