Boston-based DraftKings agreed to give the New Hampshire government 51% of its sports betting revenue (roughly 5x the national average) just so it could be the only legal betting option in the state. $DKNG will make sure it gets a mobile sportsbook in Massachusetts.

Caesars, DraftKings, FanDuel and BetRivers will be able to launch statewide mobile sportsbooks in New York starting Jan. 8 at 9 a.m., state regulators announced today. The state's five other approved mobile sportsbooks' launch dates are still to be announced.
