I think lots of people haven’t noticed the massive RE moves that need to be normalized outside the GTA core in Ontario. Pre pandemic median prices in Oshawa were 500k. They doubled in 1.5 years. That’s ABNORMAL. Now down 20% from highs. There is 0 reason to think it shouldn’t see
