Best advice I ever received: - Always make sure you have more than 3 streams of income. - Make money when you sleep. Diversify your income and diversify your investments.

@BryceWGarcia Well said, @BryceWGarcia . It is always a good idea to have multiple streams of income. Passive real estate investing is one of the best choices to choose from.
