My uncle was a POW in Changi. We always went to ANZAC Day ceremonies to honour him and his mates. I’m pretty sure he’d hate what ANZAC Day has become. So here’s to the diggers and what they went through. But not to the people who treat ANZAC Day as their special racism day.

Just for clarity.. Being in Europe on official govt business when a natural disaster hits at home is not the same as sneaking off to Hawaii in the middle of natural disaster, lying & pretending you haven’t, getting caught out & skulking back only after 2 firefighters died.
