Why does 1/4's coverage work for some teams & not others? Why do RPOs look devastating one week and not the next? Answer: great athletes/teams can make almost any scheme look amazing. Too many coaches pat themselves on the back. Truth is: it's the players who deserve the credit.

Just sat through a 2.5 hour breastfeeding class in preparation for our son. The instructor was demonstrating the "football hold" for nursing and all I could think was "YOU'D FUMBLE A REAL FOOTBALL!" Wrist wasn't above the elbow, not high & tight, and elbow flared. 🍞 #CmonMan 😡

We got beat soundly today, no doubt about it. Skyridge is a great team. I'm still damn proud of the season our boys had. Our team fought their tails off for a 9-3 record, a share of another region title & a trip to the semis at Rice-Eccles. Thank you ROYAL NATION! 🦁👑🏈🖤💛

Takes a special athlete to win a powerlifting meet on Saturday & then help his track team to a region title 4 days later. Bench/Squat/Power Clean total = 1,000 lbs! Then runs 10.94 in the 100. And he'll be at the Air Force Academy playing 🏈 this fall. Royal legend @cadecharris !

My advice to any young people looking to get into teaching & coaching at the high school level: major in something besides PE. It's so much easier to find job openings, switch schools &/or secure your job if you can teach English, Science, Math or History. PE field is saturated!
