@BhavMaharaj We need to address the dogs & fireworks matter , the owners must keep their dogs indoors for Diwali & NY celebrations. We need to adress this issue urgently, next year we must celebrate without being dictated by DA groups

@setlhalokat I'm no fan of fireworks and I'm quite protective of my dog, so that issue is not really something I'd get into.

@BhavMaharaj There is a massive difference between professional fireworks displays like this one and individuals setting of stuff in their gardens. In general most countries do not allow individual fireworks at all for any reason. But they do these professional displays in a designated area.
