I'm a breakfast roll connisseur. Where is the best breakfast roll in Ireland? For me it was O Driscoll's Daybreak on Gillabbey Street outside UCC. I returned a few years ago but sadly the shop is now a house. Asked the occupants for my usual roll but was told to leave twice.

So many big GAA matches exclusive to Sky Sports this year. I feel most sorry for our elderly; sitting excitedly in their living room chair with the anticipation of a good match only to discover it will cost them €360 to watch it.

A full lockdown is necessary. We Irish can't do half measures. E.g. If a manager tells the players "Ye can have a few pints but don't go mad we've training tomorrow". The players will tear the arse out of it, end up in an early house in the docks Sunday morning..& miss training.

Moyvane B Team visit Portmagee. Moyvane travelled 2 hours from North Kerry down to our sleepy fishing village. A great match in atrocious conditions - resembled the Ploughing Championships. The Moyvane boys were well fed in the Fishermans Bar. This is what B football is all about

Yesterday, I visited Fairview Nursing Home in Drimoleague Co.Cork as part of their residents' Christmas party. I told a few stories & even sang a medley of Christmas songs with singer Michael Ronan. Lovely to see our elderly being treated so well.
