My mom passed away Sunday, so I haven't really been very active in here. This was one of my favorite pictures of her (1989?). We had a very difficult relationship, she wasn't always kind to me, but regardless, I loved her and my heart is broken. The emotions are overwhelming. 💔

So, had an interview yesterday and was offered the job "unofficially" on the spot,then about 45 minutes later got an official offer. $15,000 more a year, a sign on bonus, & 40 bonus PTO hours in addition to what I accrue every hour I work. I was stressing all week for nothing. 🙏

My daughter and son in-love got this for my husband and I for one of our Christmas gifts, made us both cry. It's my father in-love, but he was the only dad I ever knew, he was my dad since I was 17. He passed in February. Blessed to have such thoughtful kids.
