Some of the best animators from Bleach, MHA, Fire Force, FMAB, Fate and... worked on the new Demon Slayer episode. This is the most insane staff kny has ever had
Douma was to them what Giyuu was to Tanjiro and Nezuko, a saving grace who gives them one more chance to make things right in their own ways. This is one of many parallels between Tanjiro and Gyu
The final episode of Demon Slayer has a 45 minute timeslot, meaning it will be another longer episode. A certain meeting is most likely getting adapted 👀
I was blown away by the episode this week. Big time freelancer names such as Hinori Tanaka showed up and their work was incredible. Dynamic and engaging animation all around and I’m excited to see what comes next week. An extended ep longer than RLD 11? Here we go..👀 #鬼滅の刃
The same way we now understand why Sanemi lacked trust for Nezuko and why he treated her the way he did, we'll come to understand why he treats Genya the way he does 🙏
#鬼滅の刃
Seeing all the hateable characters who refused to accept Tanjiro and Nezuko open up to them, develop into more likable characters and fight alongside them is one of the highlights of Demon Slayer
#鬼滅の刃
The Final Episode of Demon Slayer Season 3: Swordsmith Village Arc is officially confirmed to be in a 70 minute time slot, this means the episode will be even longer than episode 1 👀
#鬼滅の刃
MUICHIROUUUUUUUUU AHHHHHHHHHHHH
This is what a perfect Demon Slayer episode looks like to me, every single scene was adapted perfectly. The build up, the tension throughout the episode, the payoff, Shirai never fails to surprise us over and ove🔥
#鬼滅の刃
The final Demon Slayer episode finally airs this week and I’m genuinely excited to see what we’re about to get. Manga readers know the series will never be the same after this weekend👀
You already know the Demon Slayer episode is gonna be amazing when the haters start crying before the fans even got the chance to watch the episode 😂
Anyway, look at how much FEEL they added to this scene by just showing 2 panels from the flashback during the fight
#鬼滅の刃
This weeks Demon Slayer episode is adapting Mitsuri's flashback so it's pretty safe to assume they're gonna cover 2 chapters again, wondering if they're gonna add extra content of her with Rengoku and Iguro from the novels and Gaiden 🤔A Rengoku cameo would be pretty nice
The Demon Slayer movie is out in Japan so the voice actors for the upper moons got leaked.
Ryotaro Okiayu will be performing as Kokushibou, mostly known for his work as Scar from Fullmetal Alchemist, Byakuya from Bleach and Kizaru from One Piece.
The next KnY ep's animation staff is absolutely insane, all of the best animators from episode 19 (Abe, Kunihiro and Kimura) and Miura from Fate are on it according to leaks. This is 100% gonna be one of if not the best episode this season
For those wondering when we can expect more news for Demon Slayer s3 like trailers or a release date, it’ll probably be on April 16/17 during Kimetsu Fest. That's where RLD was announced and got its first trailer/kv
Tanjiro/Nezuko and Gyutaro/Daki is probably one of my fav parallels in Demon Slayer and I already know ufo’s gonna do them justice these next 3 episodes, I’m just hoping they can keep this quality for the next eps now

@Wictor2501
Didn't you start reading manga a few days ago ? Why are you of all people telling others to "read more manga" as if it got anything to do with your taste in fictional stories ?
yeah this Demon Slayer season is cooked cause Ufotable decided to put all the good staff on their other projects, at least we got a creative and talented team on JJK S2 to look forward to 🙏
After hearing Shirai was on this episode I set my expectations high, and they were still surpassed. EASILY the most immersive backstory in Demon Slayer so far
10/10 Episode is an understatement, hope next week can live up to this
#鬼滅の刃
From birth Gyutaro and Daki both had their fates predetermined, in a place where beauty determines social status Gyutaro was worth less than nothing while Daki was a Gem without equal.
This episode gives us some good news and some bad news
Bad news: Season is probably ending here, and we’ll probably get more 2-2.5 chapter episodes including this episode
Good news : These next few episodes will all look incredible and probably have alot of extra content
Ubuyashiki has to be the most underrated Demon Slayer character, this man blew up his wife and kids alongside himself just to stall muzan for a few seconds for Tamayo, he's literally the reason they won the final fight 😭
RLD SPOILERS
The next Demon Slayer episode's called "Transformation", its finally time for this arcs real main villain to show up. LITERALLY every episode is gonna one up the previous one, hopefully the animation stays this incredible too
Their life circumstances led to development of flaws in their character, for Daki her beauty led to an extreme sense of superiority and arrogance while Gyu became resentful to anyone who was better off than him, this character trait leads to his obsession with "collecting debts"
Before Demon Slayers go into battle, they write a will incase they die on the mission. I’m pretty sure these final pieces of dialogue in the manga are part of Tanjiro’s will since he dies young….
RLD spoilers
After all this waiting Yoriichi's first appearance and voice reveal are right around the corner, next weeks episode is gonna be one of the best in all of Demon Slayer if Ufotable delivers
Cannot believe we're finally gonna see the Infinity Fortress arc animated. If fan animators can do stuff like this with this arc then imagine what Ufotable is gonna cook for us 🔥

Another interesting parallel between Tanjiro and Gyu involves these marks. For Gyutaro these marks were a sign of his illness and a part of him others used to mock and disparage him, whereas for Tanjiro this was a mark that gave him strength and represented his dormant power
Despite being constantly disrespected and discouraged by his father, Rengoku still decided to learn the flame breathing techniques and carry on his fathers will. Ufotable did an incredible job on this scene, looking forward to the rest of Demon Slayers second season.
This obsession led to him living by the fatally flawed code of balancing the scales of fortune and misfortune, which he taught to his younger sister, this was his first and biggest mistake in a series of unfortunate events
These events cause Gyu to see his life as an endless stream of misfortune, his dialogue about the weather is a direct call back to Tanjiro's in ch 1 where he compares life to the weather. It’s not always easy but simultaneously it’s not always cruel. Both snow and sun come and go
Daki never viewed him as a hinderance to her life, Nor did Gyu to Daki. she was the beauty and he was the strength. They made up for what the other lacked, Daki was not powerful and Gyutaro was not beautiful. They were 2 pieces of an inseparable puzzle.
Demon Slayer: Sword Smith Village Episode 8
Toshiyuki Shirai (Episode 19 and RLD Ep10) finally showed up on this season as the storyboarder for this episode with all of Ufotable's ace animators, this Sunday is gonna be amazing 🔥
Can we just talk about how much Go Shiina elevates these scenes with his fantastic work? The way he mixes different OSTs of characters in a way to fit each scene perfectly just never ceases to amaze me, easily the best thing about this season's adaptation so far
#鬼滅の刃
It’s been exactly 1000 days since KnY ended, glad to see after all that time there are still so many passionate fans of the series, hoping we get Gotogue’s next series or more KnY manga content before the time we reach 2000 days 👺
Illness-
Gyu was born with marks covering his body, these stemmed from an illness known as Sickle Blood Cell Disease. In the world he was born in, this immediately put him as low as it gets on the hierarchy, causing him to have an unjustly cruel upbringing.
The Balance of Fortune-
A disfigured child like Gyu being born in the RLD was an unparalleled stroke of misfortune, but in Gyu’s eyes eventually this is rectified with the birth of his stunningly beautiful sister, however even this is eventually stolen from him.
This misfortune is balanced out with what Gyutaro sees as a blessing that even hindsight wouldn’t alter. Douma is passing through the RLD at the time of them nearing death’s door and offers them his blood, balancing the scales after the torture they just endured.
Following this theme of demons relating to different forms of illness, Daki (Or Ume in this case) was named after the sickness that claimed her mothers life, also known in English as Syphilis, these horrible names are a good representation of their inhumane treatment in the RLD
Thank you for reading this analysis, I hope you all enjoyed Demon Slayer’s second season as much as I did and i hope everyone enjoys future seasons just as much ❤️
The past 2 episodes covered the same amount of chapters yet this one had space to add extra scenes while last weeks cut content. This is the importance of a good director

Add on top of this his strange voice, disfigured body, and hideous face and you have an existence created for the sole purpose of mockery in a cruel world he had no way out of
The same applies to Uzui who was born into a family of cold hearted killers, and he was expected to follow suit. He endured torturous training but survived and in turn ended up rejecting the ideals forced onto him and carved his own path in a way that went against his families
Tanjiro lost his father at a young age and had to care for his siblings. Later his entire family is slaughtered and his sister was turned into a demon, but he never curses the gods or shifts blame and tries to “balance the scale of fortune and misfortune”.
Tanjiro/Gyu-
The fact that Tanjiro wasn’t turned into a demon or present when Muzan slaughtered his family is viewed as a blessing in his eyes, with one wrong turn he could've easily been in the same situation as Gyutaro alongside Nezuko, but instead he was given this+
