Jared Goff did his fake so well after handing the ball off that Darnell Taylor thought he had a huge sack. But he actually got one of the latest hits you'll ever see lol
The fact the NFL’s initial reaction was “you have 5 minutes to get ready” says so much. That’s so beyond cruel. Thankfully the teams stepped in because of all the awful decisions the NFL makes, that’s one of the worst and most egregious I’ve seen.
****BREAKING NEWS***
I can confirm per multiple sources that the deed to the Bears has been transfered from Aaron Rodgers to Jordan Love. The deal was made before Rodgers left Green Bay and brokered by their shared agent.
Operation save Aaron Rodgers:
Trade Jordan Love
Huge long term deal for Aaron
Sign Pat McAfee
Buy Jeopardy
Trade for Julio Jones
Allow him to make the first round pick for you
That Chicago fanbase who has been talking smack ALL offseason long... they are currently booing the hell out of their own team at home. THere's 8:35 left in the 3rd quarter. You LOVE to see it.
So…. Another 15 years of incredible quarterback play, one Super Bowl, 13 years of the most heartbreaking playoff losses you can imagine and a messy divorce at the end?
***PERSONAL ANNOUNCMENT***
This Friday will be my last day working my full time job. Starting Monday, I'll officially be covering the Green Bay Packers as my full and primary job. I honestly never thought this day would come, and seeing it come to fruition feels beyond amazing.…
Packers win becuase the Panthers ran out of time to keep embarassing the Packers defense. Green Bay wins. Matt LaFleur needs to do the thing. There's absolutely zero excuse at this point.
The List:
-Savage missed INT
-4th & inches - bad spot, missed 49ers offsides
-Missed intentional grounding before Kittle TD
-Missed facemask on Jones (was a TD drive anyway)
-Missed pass off on key Kittle 3rd down + missed tackle
-Savage missed tackle on CMC td run
---Prob could…
I don’t want to hear anything about Aaron Jones being a traitor or tarnishing his legacy. Dude wanted to be a Packer. It’s his job and his agents job to go get the best deal possible. If we didn’t want to see him a Viking than the Packers should have kept him a Packer. 🤷♂️
Can't even fricken imagine what Aaron Rodgers' schedule looks like right now. Trying to get ready for the divisional round, rehabbing a broken toe, and finding replacements for Nagy/Pace simultaneously is some serious triple shifting. Don't know how he does it.
Jordan Love doesn't get nearly enough credit for just being a complete pro throughout this entire Rodgers/Packers saga. Came in as a first round pick behind a HOF quarterback, never complained, never created any issues, just worked his ass off. Complete class all the way.
Packers offseason to do list:
1. More weapons at WR/TE
2. Figure out RT (re-sign Bryan Bulaga)
3. Get Kenny Clark a tag-team partner inside.
4. Draft an athletic LB
5. Develop the young guys (Sternberger, Savage, Gary, Keke, Jaire, King, Sullivan, Jenkins, MVS, EQ, Lazard)
That felt like a coming of age quarter for Jordan Love. Team falling apart with injuries. Down 17-0. One quarter left. And he put the team on his back. There were plenty of learning moments for Love in that game too but man what an effort from him in the 4th.

Man this is a beautiful deal for Green Bay. 1st rnd pick swap, 2nd this year. 2nd that can turn to a 1st next year. A master class by Gute, truly. I expected less and am happy to own it. A+ trade.
Always take an extra second after the last home game of the season to just take everything in. What a fucking night tonight. Packers aren’t done yet but thanks for following along all year. I love doing this so damn much and never take it for granted.
It’s playoff time!!!
I've watched Brett Favre, Aaron Rodgers, Reggie White, Charles Woodson, Ryan Braun, Christian Yelich, Ray Allen, and a lot of amazing Wisconsin Sports Athletes... there is NOBODY like Giannis. He is beyond unbelivable.
#Bears
safety Jaquan Brisker:
“I felt like we could have tightened up on the receivers a lot more than we did today. We gave them too much room and I really have no respect for them at all, just to be honest.”
Why?
“No one’s over there. No respect. They have no stars over
What do all of these QBs have in common?
Aaron Rodgers
Tom Brady
Deshaun Watson
Patrick Mahomes
Ryan Tannehill
Russell Wilson
Josh Allen
Dak Prescott
Derek Carr
Kirk Cousins
Justin Herbert
Lamar Jackson
Drew Brees
Not a single one drafted in the top 5 of the draft.
If you would have told me the Packers put up almost 400 yards of offense, held Josh Allen to 13/25 passing for 218 yards, 2 td's, 2 ints, won the turnover battle, ran for over 200 yards & won time of posession by over 7 minutes, I would have liked GB's odds. But they lost by 10.
The Packers' Curse:
Three decades of dominant quarterback play. 1 Super Bowl for each quarterback. Literal playoff heartbreak in a new and unfathomable way every other season.
The 2019 Packers are like Taco Bell.
It’s not always enjoyable and it takes years off your life, but you’ll always love it no matter what and it’s best consumed if you’re massively drunk.
The Packers were down 5 with 24 seconds left in the third quarter. They would go on to allow only 3 more points and intercept Tom Brady 2 more times. I would have expected a GB win in that scenario 95 times out of 100.
Shouldn’t go unnoticed how all these QB’s who were rushed into starting before they were ready have been offloaded for nothing. Mac Jones, Kenny Pickett, Sam Howell, Desmond Ridder, eventually Justin Fields…
The Packers deserve a lot of credit for how they managed Jordan Love.
Just rode down the elevator with a very happy Brian Gutekunst and across from an extremely happy Packers coaching staff. A lot of love for Joe Barry who held the Chiefs to 19 points. I don’t know where this season ends, but holy shit what a journey right now.
Sincerely best of luck to Joe Barry moving forward. Legit seems like one of the nicest dudes in coaching and should be one of the best linebackers coaches on the market. But it was time. The Packers will have plenty of amazing candidates to choose from. Huge move for Green Bay.
If the Bears do move on from Matt Eberflus, they got a first hand look at one of the hottest coaching candidates out there who held their high powered offense to only 9 points yesterday.
I love how the day started with everyone picking the Bears and the day ended with everyone saying, “yeah well it’s just the Bears.”
Life comes at you fast.
The Bears this offseason have replaced:
Adrian Amos ——> HaHa Clinton-Dix
Jordan Howard ——> Mike Davis
Bryce Callahan ——> Buster Skrine
They have no 1st, 2nd, or 6th rnd picks.
They have no 2020 1st rnd pick.
That sound you hear is a window closing fast.
Packers played a C- game on the road against one of the 2 best teams in football and should have won. The future is bright even if it doesn’t make it any easier to swallow right now.
Mayfield got stuck with Hue Jackson & Freddie Kitchens as coach for 2 years. Puts up a really nice season in 2020 w/ Stefanski, leading Browns to the playoffs, showing real legit signs to end the year, plays hurt all of 2021, and Browns screw him. This is on Cleveland, per usual.
I know there’s a shit ton of emotions in Packers country right now but I cannot stress enough how perfect of a fit Xavier McKinney is as the deep safety in Jeff Harley’s defense. Huge, huge move.
I'm glad Aaron Rodgers' run as part owner of the Bucks has gone better than his ownership of the Bears. The Bears have been absolutely awful since he took over ownership in 2010.
The Packers have rarely been without a franchise QB in 3+ decades but in one of the rare weeks they didn’t have one we were gifted this gem. So kinda worth it.
I've seen some talk on the ol' timeline about the Packers not beating anyone good this season... well, here are the NFC records against playoff teams this year:
Packers: 4-2
Rams: 4-2
Saints: 3-2
Seahawks: 2-2
Footballers: 1-4
Buccaneers: 1-5
Bears: 1-6
Aaron gets about 1/1000th of the credit he deserves for his off the field work and efforts. He obviously doesn’t do it for the credit and recognition and usually tries to keep it quiet, but he’s an MVP off the field, too.
Ashley Stock’s daughter died of a rare brain cancer, so Aaron Rodgers came to visit her two sons as their family copes with the loss. Photos via her Instagram
Holy shit Lukas Van Ness. He just threw Deguara 4 yards into the backfield into Jordan Love’s path. Some real Hercules stuff. Play called dead to save Love from the wrath of an angry god.
