@AndreSwanston When I was a supervisor at the refinery, I named my group, Cadteam. If I saw anyone doing something wrong, I’d help them by creating tools so they wouldn’t. If another supervisor yelled at anyone on my team, I’d follow them back to their office and let them know to talk to me.

@AndreSwanston Not everyone was suited for the team. If they were productive and unhappy I would work with them to find other work. The secretary will take messages. You can use the phones and we will work around job interviews. Why? Everyone knows. Everyone sees. It attracted good people.
