2013 Veteran Swing Trader - 10 yrs Incognito - Lose yourself in the beautiful battle.. only when your watch turns into candles, the chart starts to speak to you
Hello world,
2013 veteran here that has seen it all, has been through it all and is still trading the most beautiful market in the world where these lovely candles always turn into another plot twist.
Never shared my positions publicly but I feel right now is a good time.
When everything adds up but the chart tells you different, you listen. Closed my longs yesterday.
Obtained profits:
Bybit: $5.798.105,00
Rollbit: $5.366.501,61
It's not easy to let go of your winners, especially when your analysis for the near future showed a lot more
After spotting abundant evidence of weakness in the chart two days ago, I decided to close my longs. Afterwards I was able to open shorts on a few short-term setups yesterday. Today's wick confirmed the weakness, and the below shorts have now been closed as well. I am currently
Nailing your entries requires a combination of perfecting your risk/reward setups and mastering your multiple timeframe analysis. Both of them are vital to me in order to reach consistent profitability.

Taking profits too early can damage your overall performance significantly. Ride your winners, be confident in your targets and move your stops up when the chart allows you to. Still holding my longs.

Update: Since I am a very technical trader using high leverage and tight stops to enter my positions, I need my short time frame structures to be valid and consistent. Ever since the ETFs were introduced, I've had a lot of difficulty seeing my kind of setups in the charts, or
I started trading again on Bybit a few weeks ago, so I started off by sharing my current position on there. Willing to share some live Rollbit positions as well, if my audience would be interested in that.
I reached all my goals and happiness in life, I trade purely out of passion now, and the money is just a byproduct of that.
During my first 4 years i already had big winners, but always failed to keep my profits. I went broke around 15 times.
Don't know much about twitter. Not active in discords, telegram or others. It's usually just me, my chart and a bit of necessary mainstream news. Noise cancellation is my remedy.
Also not entirely sure why I made this twitter, I guess we will see how it goes.
Only after around 8000 hours of studying, reading, losing and doubts, I was finally seeing consistent returns. Ever since I've had 6 successful years. I did lose a bit of motivation and spirit on the way through success, but passion brought me back and keeps me going.
During my 10 years I've traded on Bitstamp, Bitfinex, 796, OkCoin, Huobi, Okex, Bitmex, Deribit, Binance, Bybit and finally Rollbit. Even though I'm looking for swings, my positioning can be very aggressive with multiple failed entries, high leverage and very tight stops.
I've reached leaderboards on several platforms throughout the years, but I currently only trade on Rollbit and Bybit. I can't say I do it with the same focus I had 5 years ago, when I was making life changing money, but I still feel the immense joy that the market brings me.

Substantial growth followed by excessive profit-taking resulted in a prolonged lateral distribution range, which has apparently led to fear and doubts. The recent capitulation after the AMA completed the panic and anger stages and most likely marked our point of maximum financial
