@ActionAidUK @womensaid Very true. Utpal Gohain was convicted on 22 Dec 2015 of attempting to murder his wife. His mother and brother were chargesheeted in the same case. They are also accused in a Domestic Violence case since the last decade. Who is the brother? Your RM North East India Mrinal Gohain!!
