🤯The Renting Homes Wales Act has been a nightmare!
🙄 "Janet Finch-Saunders has voiced what landlords have been saying for many years."
🗣 "At last a politician with some common sense."

We’ve got many good landlords in Wales but they just feel deflated and demoralised and they just realise it’s not worth being a private landlord anymore

The Welsh Government want to use a "closed list" system where you will vote for a political party in Senedd elections, not an individual like you do currently.
Candidates will be elected from a list of names selected and ranked by each political party.
Second home council tax premiums are causing local authorities in Wales financial losses
- Ceredigion has lost £1m
- Conwy £1.8m
- Pembrokeshire £3.6m

Yesterday I addressed the recent report on the performance of
@DwrCymru
.
The Water company is in a very dire state - pollution incidents increased by around 7% compared to 2021, with 89 incidents.
We need to see the Welsh Government do all it can to help Welsh Water.
Such a shame that the Welsh Government hasn't supported my proposal on setting targets to strengthen our food security.
Shying away from their responsibilities of ensuring our food security for years to come and a sustainable future for Wales - shame!
Food security in Wales is under threat. Farmers are struggling to produce our food due to climate change and rising prices.
We need comprehensive legislation that will create a duty for the Welsh Government to set targets to improve food security in Wales.
I attended an event with female politicians from across the
#Commonwealth
We agreed that we need more women in Parliaments
Women are as good as men
But there was no clear message that leg & quotas is the way forward!

@Senedd
.wales to confirm your attendance.
Even the Llywydd has confirmed that the Senedd does not have legal competency for the Electoral Candidate Lists Bill, so why on earth is Welsh tax payers money and parliamentary time being wasted on this legislation?!
@WelshConserv
The Senedd does not have legal competency for the Electoral Candidate Lists Bill
If

are determined to go down this route, why is only gender addressed? What about disability, sexuality, religion etc.
@WelshConserv
Shocking news that some constituents are waiting over 18 months to see a dermatology consultant in North Wales
We urgently need wider cooperation with hospitals over the boarder and with those in the private sector
I will be presenting a legislation proposal to the Senedd tomorrow on food security in Wales
We are facing a food crisis with climate change affecting farmers ability to farm our land effectively
With food poverty at all time highs, we must act now!
What a surprise! I hope they have kept all the 30mph signs they ripped out of the ground...
Yet another instance of a government disconnected from the people's priorities.
The Welsh Government want to use a "closed list" system where you will vote for a political party in Senedd elections, not an individual like you do currently.
Candidates will be elected from a list of names selected and ranked by each political party.
I’m honoured to have been asked by
