The first Borno Envoy to Kano & his legacies. Karabka market later became the historic Kasuwar Mandawari. He's also credited with establishing the slave towns of Indabo (yes, your Indabo 😂 is a slave town). @KanoChronicle

The making of Madabo. They are decendants of the Wangarawa scholars who visited Kano centuries ago. The title of Babban Malami still exist in Kano with Shykh Kabiru Madabo as the current Babban Malami. The title is today ceremonial with no command of influence in present Kano.

Did you hear about the controversy of appointing 'slave' Wazirin Kano? The Temple chronicle, an unknown account of Kano's history provides insight. Lovejoy, Mahdi Shehu & Mansur did us a service bringing this unearthen history to light.

Some rhetorics by Sheikh Dahiru Usman Bauchi against Sheikh Abubakar Mahmud Gumi. There is much to learn from our past historical millieus. You may not be there, but an appraisal & interpolation of the histories time-travels you there. 📖 Gaskiya Ta Bayyana, Dahiru Usman Bauchi
