Long distance plyos to promote better spin efficiency. And possibly more intent Driveline plyos (no seams) will work better than Marv. @TheMagnusPI Personally I don’t, but some may. And in practice I’ve found this helps. Not saying adding efficiency is always best but some people still find it attractive
