Why? And what inspired the program model?
Seems in specific roles with very specific loads this would make sense but I’m curious where in your program you are to make this decision and if there was any training model specifically that inspired this?

To keep it short.
I need speed both in throwing and in the weight room.
Did something like this in college, just less thought out. And it worked then so made a more thought out program for myself doing it this way now.
