Fully convinced almost all athletes would be better off not watching any video on themselves. Give the video over to a trusted coach, have them look it over and have them tell you what they see. Watching yourself and trying to critique yourself can cause visits to the SuperDome

@AaronRozek Middle ground: take video and show to athlete. Ask them what they see. From there, it opens a whole new world of communication player to coach to be on same page moving forward.

@SteveMcGuiggan Completely agree. All I don’t want to have happen is the athlete to over analyze themselves alone. More harm is gonna come from that.

@AaronRozek Back in college something wasn’t feeling right with my swing. Coach caught me in the cages filming myself hitting off the tee. Got reamed, told nothing was wrong with my swing it was all in my head, took access to our video system away. Went 0-10 with 9 K’s upcoming weekend…
