If you work at a baseball facility give more attention to your less talented players over your more talented ones.
Turning bad players to good players is more valuable to your facility than turning good players to great players.

100%. Trying to eliminate the talent gap between your worst and most average players should be the goal. Same with bridging the gap between your average players and the top. If your worst player can still hang with the best— you’re probably in a good spot if you have some talent
