Arm care doesn’t need to be done post throw. Arm care is: • Any activation done pre throw (pre throw bands) • Upper body lifts during your workout • Mobility work (Hangs, Back Bridges, Hand stands) • Light Throwing (key word, LIGHT) • Core work • 12oz curls 😉

@MarkMo12 Grab whatever you have laying around that’s roughly 12 fluid oz, curl to mouth. Repeat. **The implement may get lighter during the set**
