No idea why consoles don't do this, but @Steam does such a great job making sure customers are satisfied. I've never been refused a refund and (consequently) I always put the cash back into Steam. How in the world are gamers supposed to know if they want a game till they try it?!

It's good to remember that some of the biggest detractors of diversity & inclusion, type a lot and very loudly. I've met very few members of the public who actively think games that are; more accurate, feature a woman, have black people, etc, are worse for it.
