@dannymcg @mevparekh This. Lovely laminated signs everywhere declaring zero tolerance. In reality no backup from management if I confront ptns over language/behaviour.

1. Palliative patient in side-room. 2. Stable patient with family who constantly complained, shouted, threatened, wrote vexatious and frivolous emails to CEO. Guess who got to visit? We need to stop rewarding bad behaviour in the NHS.

@VikkiTipps @dannymcg @mevparekh Interesting. Had discussion earlier on here about the abuse/misuse of datix. I don't. I think it's completely useless. It's a ptn safety tool. We as drs & HCP have nothing to protect us. Zero tolerance is supposed to do that.
