I think

is the best Star Wars anything since The Empire Strikes Back. The tone of the show is terrifying, carried by strong complex writing. This feels more like Orwell's 1984 or even THX-1138, than the average Disney/Lucasfilm series.

Not invested in this, but there's a big contrast in quality between Sonic (main character - 'driving' the movie) and Bulbasaur from Detective Pikachu (secondary character).

everyone. Go hug an elephant! Here's Max Rebo, whatever I guess he's a Star Wars elephant. I don't approve of his music style though. Off-putting.
Ever wonder why this huge building in NYC has no windows?
Built in 1974 during the Cold War, 33 Thomas Street was designed to withstand a nuclear blast / fallout and to be self-sufficient with its own gas and water supplies

's NEW Best of the Worst table irl. More crafstmanship from Rich Evans. Interestingly, due to the camera angle, the table appears to be a large flat circle. But in reality, (when seen from a rare angle) it is an oval.

Hey
@MrT
when I was 10 years old, you came to the Toys R Us in Brampton, Ontario. You drove by in your limo, and you were standing in the sun roof. I yelled "you're cool, sir!" and you pointed right at me and yelled "THAT'S RIGHT!" Thanks for acknowledging me.
Kylo Ren : Do you know the truth about your parents? Or have you always known? You've just hidden it away. Say it.
Rey : [in tears] They were nobody.
Kylo Ren : They were filthy junk traders.
I'm so bored with the noise of film/tv criticism on twitter. I miss just watching shows or movies with my family or friends and saying "that was really good" or "that sucked", and moving on and staying optimistic that good things will still come along.
Just received the "left-wing wizard serum injection". No wait, it's called MODERNA. It was delicious. I only cried a little bit getting jabbed.

My concentration in highschool was terrible, I was a weird kid, I'd draw lighthouses on rocky coasts on the side of my notebook and wished I was somewhere else, and always imagined being a lighthouse keeper. I can't wait for Robert Eggers' The Lighthouse (2019).
My 10 year old REALLY wants to watch ALIEN (1979) tonight, I've warned him about EVERYTHING, and he's still really excited. My older kid DOESN'T want to watch it. I think I'm going to have to say no and wait a few years.
DARK CITY (1998) is such a neat film. Released one year before THE MATRIX, it heavily influenced it, with way too many comparisons. Apparently the Wachowski's watched during production. I like it better than The Matrix.
