Amy Adams Strunk taken some big risks and been mostly successful. She’s very highly thought of in this city - and for good reason.
But firing Vrabel may decide her legacy. She HAS to get this hire right - or noise will turn very negative against her VERY quickly.
@will_boling
She’ll get it right. She did what needed to be done to move this team forward. Vrabel did nothing but kick the tires the last 2 seasons. No fire, no sense of urgency until Gentry Estes asked him a question 2 weeks ago that pissed him off
@will_boling
Broo she fired the GM on a Tuesday or something after a loss and now Vrabel. If she did not agree with the AJ Brown trade why she did not say no and pay AJ.
@will_boling
I think the bigger question is whether she got the Ran hire right. This roster has to improve. They will hire an offensive innovative mind to work with Levis but without the surrounding pieces it won’t work regardless of the head coach.

Vrabel was popular but there were short comings. The offensive line sold pre snap in every game but the last game. Lining up in a v formation for passing and a straight line for running destroyed the offense before the play began. This team has talent and salary cap space.
@will_boling
Especially going into an off-season where you think you have your franchise QB on a rookie contract, tons of cap space and a 7th pick with 2 likely 10 year starter LTs in the draft.
@will_boling
Honestly can we start to call for her right to own the team I mean she’s running it into the ground, no one that knows football thought it was vrabel It’s getting so hard to want to cheer for this team.
@will_boling
The Coach and the GM not on the same page. Amy chose the GM, so the Coach is gone. She will catch alot of heat if this hire is not a good one.
@will_boling
With all due respect, her hire of Jon Robinson has already done that. She is no different and no better than her father. They are a cheap family who will never do what it takes to win.
@will_boling
I'm not taking Vrabes firing very well BUT Ms Amy has earned a lot of respect since she took over with her decisions SO I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. She needs to make the right hire though. Here's hoping 🤞
