"echo 1 | blink sv_Cheats 1" is the exploit. these exploits pop up every so often and nobody has gotten banned from it. As long as you dont abuse it you're good

A terrible bug allowing players to use any sv_cheats protected client side cvar, it is unsure if it can be used in official matchmaking servers, as shown in the video, its all just console commands.

noclip, and other server side commands are still disabled. This only works for client side commands
