@erinoverbey Ouf, I went back to the original tweet and read it all again; and it’s bad, not because Theo is white or Hakeem is black, but because Theo refuses to acknowledge how narrative itself, the way language is used, creates bias even when ‘objective’ things are being reported on.

dear reader, the audible gasp i gave when reading the emails a certain nepo baby journalist sent to a respected Stanford professor these go beyond a sense of entitlement…this is something uglier. this level of disrespect toward a distinguished Black professor is just appalling
