November 2nd this year,i sent this guitar piece using

ikeja drop office.
To be shipped to my USA address.
Lo and behold
@FedEx
was the official partner to handle and manage my shipment..
Having paying close to half the worth of the guitar..
Today is meant for christmas celebration.
Most times i take my peace and let go..
But the biggest pain i had this year was
@sendboxng
in collaboration with
@FedEx
ruined my goods worth over 500k sent to my USA address but got delivered broken.
Let me share with you the story.
Guitar left nigeria well packaged and in good shape..
And good well anticipated it to arrive in Atlanta in good time..
I followed all delivery route drop using the tracking number..
Hence easy monitoring.
November 9th 2023 the delivery arrived my address..
But lo and behold it was broken..
All means to get in touch with
@sendboxng
customer care proved abortive..
Was able to get a mail response after days of sending messages....
To my biggest surprise
gaslighting was the biggest and most easy propaganda,that sendboxng could put out...
How on earth do i send a mail? and at a point where if
@FedEx
doesn't give a reply sendboxng would leave me on read for 5-8 days on read.
Took a bold step of visiting ikeja hub with a new purchase of the guitar..
Explaining what could have gone wrong..
With picture evidence on the guitar box says that proper mishandling was the issue from
@FedEx
end been the partner for the delivery...
@FedEx
and sendboxng..
I refuse to eat this emotional blackmail..
Same delivery was put out after the item was delivered...
Guess what?
You know more than my guess...

to kindly fix up..
