@updatestiruchi Coimbatore is much bigger than Trichy... But Coimbatore doesn't even deserve one such facility... Coimbatore main junction - kind of dump yard. IBT - stopped for unknown reason. Airport - bigger size marriage hall.

@CM_Ananth In British Era the city Trichinopoly was second biggest in Madras Precedency period. The major killer is Land Acquisition. Be it Airprot , Railway JN British blocked huge amount of land in advance which is helped for further development 1/2

@updatestiruchi u don't have knowledge of TPJ. in last 15 years 20 trains extended from Trichy. U don't have single train to bangalore or better connectivity to chennai & other parts of India. Mayiladithurai/mannarkudi has more direct train service to many places

@updatestiruchi even @UpdatesTanjore @KRD_forum are waste in train connectivity when compared to mayiladuthurai. mayiladuthurai is capital of DELTA. @tandura1965 will extend remaining trains from trichy. u continue to post centre median , park etc main thing we have (i.e) connectivity

@updatestiruchi @tandura1965 will make TPJ as dummy station in next 1 year with help of @DRMTPJ it is challenge. @TrichyAviation @Trichiites @thiruvanaikovil @srdomtpj
