@uncreated_light Additionally, not all Orthodox parishes live up to expectations. My wife and I first joined an OCA parish because it was close by, found out it wasn’t a good fit. After studying Orthodoxy for 5 years before joining, we were very disappointed. Now we drive 2 hours to ROCOR.
