To everyone saying that the deal was likely made months or years in advance, the article says "closing a deal". The deal presumably is still being made and so MrBeast should have researched and made sure before accepting or declining.

MrBeast is closing a deal to have a TV show greenlit for Prime Video.
The deal is worth nearly $100M & the first episode will air on his YouTube channel before going on Prime Video.
