@hannibulk In regards to Janissaries something most people have really missed in history is the religion the jannisaries adopted towards the end of the 1400s Jannisaries were bektashi Shia, they were a very heterodox group, bektashism has very strange beliefs So they were not Sunni hanafi

@Myusuf921 @hannibulk They were a extreme mystical group with a hybrid of sufi & Shia beliefs, go & study their creed, there are many sects of Shia Don’t try teach me about specific sects I’ve been reading about since I was 14, I’m 32 now, pretty sure I’m well versed in these heterodox groups

@hannibulk Understood bro, and you’re right, but in regards to the Janissaries specifically they were part of a extreme Sufi/Shia order/tariqa called bektashism
